TimeBridge - Time Zone Converter and Meeting Planner

TimeBridge helps users convert time zones, compare world clocks, and plan global meetings with clear dates, daylight saving labels, UTC offsets, and copyable meeting text. The site is designed for remote teams, freelancers, students, travelers, and professionals coordinating between India, the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.

Time zone conversion with daylight saving awareness

India Standard Time (IST) is UTC+5:30 throughout the year. India does not observe daylight saving time, but the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and most of Europe do. This means the offset between India and these regions changes by one hour twice a year. TimeBridge uses the date entered in the converter to apply the correct seasonal offset automatically, so you always get the right result regardless of the time of year.

Popular timezone conversions for Indian professionals

TimeBridge includes pre-configured conversion pages for the most common India-international pairs:

Meeting planner for global teams

The meeting planner scores all 48 half-hour slots in a day against each participant's local working hours. Slots are rated Excellent, Good, Manageable, or Difficult based on how well they fit within standard business hours for all selected locations. This is particularly useful for India-US scheduling, where the time gap is large and genuine work-hour overlap is limited.

Guides for international scheduling

TimeBridge includes original guides on the most common timezone challenges: how to convert IST to US time zones correctly, daylight saving time explained for Indian professionals, timezone abbreviation confusion (IST/CST/EST/BST each refer to multiple countries), finding the best meeting time between India and the US, India and UK/Europe scheduling, understanding UTC offsets, how to avoid date-change mistakes, and common international scheduling errors.

World clocks and timezone directory

The world clocks page lets you pin up to ten timezones and see live-updating times with day/night indicators, UTC offsets, and relative offset labels compared to your home timezone. The timezone directory provides a searchable list of all supported IANA timezone identifiers with their current local time, abbreviation, and UTC offset.

No account required

TimeBridge does not require registration or login. Preferences such as pinned clocks, home timezone, theme, and recent zones are stored in browser localStorage on your device. No personal data is sent to a server for timezone calculations. The application works offline once loaded.
